GOONERS UNITE

This is the final season of Nike's 20-year partnership with Arsenal, and for a final bow they have replaced last year's purple and black hooped away shirt with this classic yellow jersey.

Arsenal have worn yellow for many memorable seasons throughout its 127-year history.

This season's away jersey most closely resembles the shirt worn by the Gunners' legendary unbeaten "Invincibles," team from the 2003-2004 campaign.

The most recent Arsenal team to win a trophy, the 2005 FA Cup, also sported the canary color.

Arsenal have twice ended trophy draughts dressed in yellow, winning the English Premier League in 1989 and 1998. Arsene Wenger's men, spearheaded by Santi Cazorla, Theo Walcott and Jack Wilshire, will aim to do the same this season.

Liverpool came back from a 3-0 halftime deficit to beat AC Milan in penalties in the 2005 Champions League final. The U.S. Women's National Team's top two career goal scorers, Mia Hamm and Kristine Lilly, were teammates at the University of North Carolina.
