Designed by famed Japanese designer Yamamoto, this limited edition version of adidas' F50 is inspired by ancient Japanese culture. The lion dog is a symbol of protection and prosperity. By adding the robot aspect, Yamamoto wanted to merge ancient culture with modern technology. In his own words Yamamoto was aiming to create a "a guardian deity for victory, a sovereign creature that expresses the beginning of life and protects those playing on the field".

And at only 5.6 ounces this adizero is one of the lightest, fastest cleats on the field. The adizero is a shoe for players who want to quicken their footwork and accelerate with the ball.

This incredible cleat will be worn by Real Madrid's new superstar Gareth Bale at El Classico, the famed match-up of Barcelona and Real Madrid, on October 26. On this same date, six other players in clubs around the world will play in the Yamamoto F50 as well.

This truly is a cleat for the pride of the pitch.

Los adizero están entre los botines más ligeros y veloces que han pisado una cancha. Son esenciales para aquellos jugadores que quieren hacer más rápidos sus movimientos y acelerar con el balón. CORTE: Material Sprintskin que reduce drásticamente su peso.

adidas founder Adi Dassler produced his first soccer boots in 1929. They featured leather outsoles and studs. Rules of the Game: Coaches and other officials must remain within the confines of the technical area except in special circumstances, for example, a trainer or doctor entering the field of play, with the referee’s permission, to assess an injured player. The mascots for the 1974 FIFA World Cup in West Germany were two boy characters named Tip and Tap. Landon Donovan is the only four-time winner of the Honda Player of the Year award, which is given by sports media to the best player on the US Men's National Team. Of the U.S. WNT coaches who coached more than four games, only Tony DiCicco was born in the United States.
