Rearfoot and forefoot GEL cushioning system. SpEVA midsole for lightweight, cushioned comfort. The heel raise has been lowered from 10 mm on the 33 model to just 6 mm on this one for faster training.

OUTSOLE: Extremely durable rubber with innovative FluidAxis, a deep flex grove that runs through the midsole and outsole. This FluidAxis enhances movement not just up and down but also from side to side.
