Coaching the Dutch 4 - 3 - 3 is the most comprehensive book available about the 4 - 3 - 3 formation. The 4 - 3 - 3 is the preferred formation for most of the teams in the Dutch Eredivisie. The formation is promoted and recommended by the KNVB, the Dutch National Federation, for use with all youth teams in professional academies.
