What's your formation?

Mike Berticelli, former Head Men's Soccer Coach at the University of Notre Dame takes you on a guided tour of the 3-5-2 system. The 3-5-2 is an exciting system because of the strength in the midfield (5 players), the ability to attack from wide positions as well as internally, and the good numbers it presents on defense. Coach Berticelli provides an excellent overview of the 3-5-2 and highlights the strengths and weaknesses the system presents. He also presents training exercises to use for each area of the field (for the defenders, the mid-fielders, and the forwards). 45 minutes.
