Training Speed

The Nike Free Haven 3.0 training shoe combines a barefoot-like feel and supportive fit, with flexibility and superior traction.

UPPER: One-piece synthetic and mesh design mimics the natural movement of the foot, while the seamless construction has an outer layer with perforations for flexibility. Dynamic Fit construction wraps the forefoot for a glove-like fit, while the sidewall keeps the foot in place during diagonal movements. Durable phylon midsole.

OUTSOLE: Solid rubber sole with pods in the heel and perimeter of the forefoot for added traction and durability. For training on field turf, the track, concrete or hardwood. WEIGHT: (9.4 oz.)

PESO: (9.4 oz)

For a fee of $35, Nike’s Swoosh trademark was created in 1971 by a graphic design student named Carolyn Davidson whom company founder Phil Knight had met at Portland State University. Rules of the Game: The ball is in play at all other times, including when it rebounds from a goalpost, crossbar or corner flag post and remains in the field of play. The mascot for the 1986 FIFA World Cup in Mexico was a sombrero-wearing jalapeno pepper named Pique. The Copa del Rey, an annual cup tournament in Spain involving more than 80 teams, was first played in 1902. American Bert Patenaude scored the first hat trick in World Cup history in a 3-0 victory over Paraguay in 1930.
