Be One of the Black Stars!

Michael Essien is an unstoppable force in the midfield for Ghana and occasionally will send one into the back of the net from across the field.

Support the Black Stars of Ghana with this official home jersey from PUMA.

The name for the kit's design is "raining black stars." The sublimated black star design was created by famed Ghanaian artist Godfried Donkor.

The impression of the falling black stars is meant to symbolize the way in which Ghana rains down on its opponents when it plays.

This jersey uses USP moisture management technology and has the official Ghana team badge embroidered over the left chest. The PUMA cat logo is embroidered throughout.

100% polyester. Imported.

Danish forward Allan Simonsen, a Puma athlete, was voted “European Footballer of the Year” in 1977. Did you know a goal is three times as wide as it is tall?. In the early years of of the game, American soccer was dominated by teams from New England, particularly Fall River, New Bedford and Pawtucket. In the first US Open Cup Final, played in 1914, Brooklyn Field Club defeated Brooklyn Celtic, 2-1. The Netherlands' Ernie Brandt is the only man to score a goal for both teams in a World Cup game, accomplishing the feat in 1978.
