Rules of the Game: Any of the other players may change places with the goalkeeper provided that the referee is informed before the change is made and the change is made during a stoppage in the match. Unlike the Olympics, FIFA recognizes the four Home Nations of the United Kingdom - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland- as separate entities. Of the U.S. WNT coaches who coached more than four games, only Tony DiCicco was born in the United States. More than 90,000 people filled the Rose Bowl to watch the United States defeat China in the 1999 Women's World Cup final. Manchester United has won more English titles (19) than any other team in England.
