This black and white graphic version of the F50 is a part of adidas' 2014 Battle Pack collection. Every shoe in the Battle Pack collection has a similar bold 50% black, 50% white design with a fiery three stripe. The black and white patterns are inspired by the warpaint of the 2014 host country's ancient warriors and the iconic patterns of ancient Mesopotamia and the Copacabana beach.

Each FIFA World Cup since 1966 has its own mascot, starting with World Cup Willie (a lion). The Guinness Book of Records recognizes Sandygate Road stadium in Crosspool, Sheffield, England in as the Oldest Ground in the World. It has been home to Hallam FC since 1860. The most prolific goal-scorer in the North American Soccer League was Italian Giorgio Chinaglia of the New York Cosmos: 242 goals in 254 games. Of the 16 members of the USA's first World Cup team in 1930, five were born in Scotland and one in England. Alan Shearer has scored more goals in the English Premier League than any other player (240).
