Root for the Red Fury!

Powerful central midfielder Javi Martinez is one to watch on Spain's national team. On a squad that's rich with talented midfielders, Martinez manages to stand out and should be a regular on the field for La Roja for years to come.

After an unprecedented string of success the Spaniards have reasserted their dominance over Europe in this official jersey from adidas.

This ClimaCool jersey uses the classic red for which the team is known with two accented transparent stripes that add a subtle edge to the kit. A star is now embroidered above the team badge to recognize Spain's world championship.

The inner collar has "Camepones De Europa" and the years 1964 and 2008 printed across it for their European championships. "Real Federacion Espanola de Futbol" printed across the back collar.

Spanish team badge and adidas logo are embroidered on the front.

100% polyester. Imported.

adidas was named after its founder, Adolf (Adi) Dassler, in 1948. The first non-European nation to join FIFA was South Africa in 1909. The first appearance of organized women's soccer in the US may have been in 1922, when a team sponsored by English company Dick, Kerr toured the country -and beat several top men's teams. Liverpool came back from a 3-0 halftime deficit to beat AC Milan in penalties in the 2005 Champions League final. London's new Wembley Stadium, which opened in 2007, has a seating capacity of 90,000.
