Barcelona Suffer Marquez Blow
(Soccer365.com) - Mexico star Rafa Marquez will be missing from Barcelona's selection for at least a month after tearing a thigh muscle during their victory over Real Sociedad this weekend.
The stopper is also now in some doubt for World Cup 2006.
"This is always a bad time for this type of injury," club medico Jordi Ardevol told the club website.
"Statistically, this kind of injury is the most common amongst footballers."
