Adu Of Two Minds Over Draw
(Soccer365.com) - DC United phenom Freddy Adu wasn’t sure exactly how to feel about their comeback draw against New York on Sunday afternoon.
The team star notched helpers on a pair of second half goals to aid the opening day rally.
“It was a slow start for us,” said Adu. “I guess there was a lot of nervousness out there, but we settled down in the second half we played our game and it was great comeback.”
“You definitely feel satisfied (to fight back to level),” he added.
“But then again, we still didn’t get the three points at home, so we are definitely disappointed about that.”
