Besiktas Keen On Kluivert
(Goal.com) - Besiktas are reportedly interested in signing Patrick Kluivert from Valencia.
The Dutchman has endured an injury-ravaged season with the Spanish outfit after moving on a free transfer from Newcastle last summer.
Reports suggest that the Turkish giants have contacted the player’s representative to find out about his contractual situation at the Mestalla.
Kluivert has a deal that runs until 2008, but with the club reportedly on the lookout for a new striker in the summer, they may be looking to offload the former Barcelona star sooner rather than later.
