Demichelis Crosses WC Fingers
(Soccer365.com) - Bayern Munich handyman Martin Demichelis says he is eager to find out whether his name will be on Argentina coach Jose Pekerman’s World Cup roster.
The Albiceleste star is having a strong season, and believes versatility could get him the nod.
"I think I have every chance of making the Argentina squad, but in football you never know," he shrugged. "Right now I am fighting for a place which would be magical for me.
"The good thing for me is that I can play as a holding midfielder or also drop back to play as a central defender."
