Kaka's hat-trick carries AC Milan

Milan, Italy (Sports Network) - AC Milan midfielder Ricky Kaka scored a hat-trick to hand his team a 4-1 victory over Chievo Sunday at the San Siro.
"I saw a good performance from Milan both in the first and second half," AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti told the club's Web site.
"We are all really happy that we are playing with quality and nimbleness. Everyone's doing well and there is a good feeling amongst the players and the San Siro."
With the win, AC Milan regained the runner-up spot in Serie A standings. City rival Inter Milan had temporarily stole second, following its 2-1 victory over Ascoli Saturday.
Chievo's Sergio Pellisier opened the scoring in the 13th minute, firing a volley past AC Milan goalkeeper Nelson Dida.
The home team then grabbed the equalizer before the half hour mark as Kaka found Alessandro Nesta, who curled the ball into Chievo's net with his right foot.
The second half was then controlled by Kaka, who recorded his first-ever Serie A hat trick. The Brazilian midfielder scored his first goal in the 62nd minute and then never looked back.
"It is a great moment. Now we are thinking about the derby and about putting some space between us and Inter," said Ancelotti.
Also on Sunday, Serie A champion Juventus finished in a 1-1 draw with Fiorentina; Lazio slid past Siena 3-2; Roma leapfrogged Fiorentina into fourth place after defeating Lecce 3-1; Cagliari and Palermo drew 1-1; Parma shut out Reggina 4-0; Empoli secured its fourth win in five matches after defeating Sampdoria 2-1; Treviso was the first club relegated after falling to Messina 3-1.
On Saturday, Udinese handed Livorno a 2-0 shutout.

Appreciating the persistence you put into your site and in depth information you provide. It's great to come across a blog every once in a while that isn't the same out of date rehashed material. Great read! I've saved your site and I'm including your RSS feeds to my Google account.
