Razov Looks To Long Haul
(Soccer365.com) - One could excuse Chivas USA striker Ante Razov if he felt on cloud nine after MLS opening day, but the weekend two-goal hero is keeping his feet on the ground.
The lefty assassin helped the second-year club begin the new campaign with a 3-0 victory over Real Salt Lake – no small cause for celebration as a team that was only winning for the fifth time in 33 matches.
"It was an important day for us to change the whole outlook on this club," declared Razov, who tasted MLS Cup glory with Chicago. "This is a new team with a new look and a new attitude."
"This is only one game - there is a long way to go, so we've just got to build it little by little."
