Simic Asks For Milan Departure
(Soccer365.com) - Croatia defender Dario Simic has requested an immediate move away from AC Milan in order to round in to shape for World Cup 2006.
The versatile backliner is quite fed up with being overlooked, especially considering all of the injury troubles coach Carlo Ancelotti has experienced in defense this season.
"I think I deserve more respect," Simic told Sportske Novosti. "I spoke with vice president Adriano Galliani and told him I wanted to leave."
"I told my agent to find me another club and I'd like to find somewhere before the World Cup."
