US v. Jamaica: What would you like to see?

Does the US need to bounce back from Germany by winning by a large margin? Are you looking for a domestic player to step up and shine? Or are you just ready for Bruce Arena to pick a squad and get on with it? Other things to look for include:
-Tony Meola's farewell tour and 100th US Cap. The keeper was playing for the national team in 1990. 1990! That's 16 years, yo.
-Can Donovan dominate when he should against a young but speedy Jamaican midfield?
-The crowd in Cary, NC. The game sold out quickly. Will it be a haven for the Americans, or will more the crowd be pro-Jamaica?
-And speaking of the Reggae Boyz, any Jamaican fans out there?

This is the last chance for the fence-sitters to make a positive impression on Arena. I'm looking forward to seeing the guys come out and playing passionately for a shot at a spot on the roster. Hopefully O’Brien is recovered enough to get out and play for a few minutes. He's had a tough time with the injuries.

The U.S. and Arena need to make a statement. And they need to start NOW!By playing 3rd & 4th string players and finding bench players are cool but we need to re-group and get the starters in to play together.

I hear you in Wales. I'm looking forward to seeing O'Brien play. It's been awhile. HOpefully he can regain his form and keep his fitness. My prediction: US wins 3-0.

So do y'all think that ANYONE made a good case for themselves? Donovan played well and set up plenty of opportunities... but he's a shoe-in anyway.

I think what the U.S. needs to do is develop our own form of "Ginga" our own heart and passion. If we continue playing the way we did in Germany we will lose to Jamaica. We have some great new talent all we need to do is start bringing up younger players to help out and bring new talent and youth to the game.
