Even if the world cup was held every year, Mexico won't win. Their players never get exposed to world soccer. Only one or two every decade make an impact in European soccer like Hugo Sanchez and Rafa Marquez. Never heard of Mexican players in South American Soccer, which rules soccer. Blanco is a big fish in Mexico but in world soccer he is a guppy. He stuck around in France after the world cup there but no European club would hire him. He sucks. Mexico ranks fourth in fifa because they keep beating teams like Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago over and over. Really!

Brandon is just jealous that USA was second to Mexico and couldn't go to the Confederations Cup aaaannnd, their U-17 team didn't win the youth world cup. Mexico has right now the best team ever for this Cup and the next one, when our champion teenagers grow up. Mexico is a well organized team who put a big emphasis on teamwork and they work well together. However, THAT IS IT. Mexico has a lot of small unathletic players who have nothing but little tricks and little skills here and there. But when they play bigger much more athletic teams they do not respond well. They do not respond well to pressure and their "organized team" disntegrates they break apart. Their organization wrks against either slow teams or very disorganized teams. USA has much better athletes than Mexico and will comtiue to improve at a faster rate than Mexico.

i believe that mexico is better than the US and always will be.it doesnt matter that the US team beat mexico, mexico is the only team that US plays good against. throw a good team at the US and they suck. Throw a good team at mexico and mexico plays at a higher level. and with uprising stars such as guardado, dos santos, and vela mexico is bound to become one of the top teams in the world.
