Italy: Tavano Primed For The Big Time
(Soccer365.com) - The Empoli attacker is ready to make an Internazionale move.
With Inter Milan reportedly snooping around, Empoli striker Francesco Tavano claims he is ready to make a glamour move.
The 27-year old Italy World Cup hopeful has struck 18 times in Serie A this term, hitting the scoresheet in 16 of the club’s 36 games.
"I think my performances this season have shown that I could play for a team challenging for something important," declared Tavano. "I don't know where I'll go."
"Empoli will decide that because I'm contracted to them for another three years."
