Wanchope To Quit Ticos After WC
(Soccer365.com) - Costa Rica strike ace Paulo Wanchope has announced that he will hang his international boots after appearing in World Cup 2006.
The former Manchester City and West Ham United forward has scored 43 times in 67 matches for his country.
"Yes, I'll quit," he told EFE News. "I'm happy with what I've contributed to the squad and it's nice to be able to decide in this way."
