Ruud Given £15m Price Tag
(Goal.com) - Manchester United will agree to sell Ruud van Nistelrooy if they receive £15m for the Dutch striker.
That is according to local newspaper reports and represents a mark-up on the £10m fee that was touted at the end of the season.
Van Nistelrooy's future at Old Trafford looks to be over after he fell out with manager Sir Alex Ferguson over the past couple of months and lost his place in the first team.
AC Milan, Inter Milan and Newcastle are touted as the frontrunners for van Nistelrooy's signature.

Ruud is getting a little old, I think this does happen and they get Michael Owen in exchange. Then next season they go on to win the Champions league cup and wayne rooney will be leading the way.
Rooney #1

Rud is worth more than 15 million! And no! He is not getting a little old he is still in his prime at only 29. If Holland advances into the second round, dont be suprised if hes leading the world cup in scoring. Man United doesn't have a chance to win the champions league next year, enless they make some massive signings before next season. Because at this point chelsea is already miles ahead of them.

How do Riquelme, Diarra, Ribery (who everyone is after in Europe), and possibly Carrick sound?

If Newcastle gets Ruud they could have a chance. I mean Owen has steppedup a little bit so you have to give him props. The only problem is which striker is better? Ruud van Nistelrooy or Micheal Owen?

ManU needs to work their youth system like they did in the past! N it worked giving us scholes, giggs, becks, gary, butt, phill, and the list goes on. with that core we won everything since we started buying instead of raising things have gone the other direction. MANU isn't worried about chealse they are another Real money only buy success for a while, what Sir Alexx build is truelly great, that why we win the reserve leagues every year we have the best young talent and soon to be ontop the football world again

Honestly, for all the talent they have bought, Chelsea has done what...won the premiership twice? Have they won the FA Cup...no. Have they won the Champions League...no. For all the money and the squad they have...I say they are overrated.

Forzaitalia, you're forgetting who they just signed Ballack and Schevchanco two of the best players in the world. If all the superstars are able to get along and forget about their egos there is no reason why they shouldn't win champions league.

Ruud? Rudd who? I dont pay attention to people who come from far away places that wear wooden shoes and look up each others kilts. Spin away on your windmill and let me know how the dog tastes.
