365 Fantastic goal man!
JC I have to see the replay. I don’t know how the defenders were positioned. I don’t even remember where I picked the ball up. The defenders backed off and I was able to get that yard of space. I think the keeper saw it late.
365 It was the goal of the year. I’m telling you.
JC (loving it) Are you being serious?
(At this point Eddie Pope overhears and interrupts jokingly) “ It wasn’t that good.”
365 I’m telling you. You put your head down and it looked like you had only one thing on your mind and you weren’t going to allow anyone to stand in your way.
JC Well my team mates and the coaching staff have been encouraging me to run at the defense more and make space for myself so I was happy to get the opportunity because Jay Heaps was playing well.
365 A result like this can be a turning point for a team perhaps?
JC I believe so. We’ve been having bad luck and allowing teams to come back and score goals so it was good to defend the lead tonight and come away with three well-needed points.
365 How do like playing here in Foxboro?
JC I love it. It’s a big pitch and ideal for players like myself who want space to run at people. I always like coming to Boston and the fans here are very knowledgeable.
365 Have you found the fan base in Utah to be knowledgeable as well?
