Bayern Fishing In Ribéry Pond
(Soccer365.com) - Bayern Munich general manager Uli Hoeness admitted that coach Felix Magath could get his wish to acquire France World Cup sensation Franck Ribéry from Olympique Marseille.
The €12 million winger has also been linked with Arsenal and Real Madrid since a strong showing in Germany.
"Ribéry really impressed us in the World Cup," Hoeness told Bild.
"He is an excellent dribbler, takes risks and is not afraid to get stuck in."

I couldn't agree more. I thought Ribery diserving of man of the match honors in more than one case throughout the World Cup.
He's still young at 23 and has a bit to learn in terms of tempo, but his counter attack ability and work rate are unbelievable. His pace on the ball and ferociously incessant attacking are flat out scary from a defensive perspective, and he plays on both sides of the ball.
I think it's big fat contract time for Frank Ribery and much deserved.
