Mapp Relief After Slump Buster
(Soccer365.com) - Chicago flank attacker Justin Mapp felt a bit of weight come off his shoulders after his one goal, two assist performance sparked a 3-0 win over Kansas City on Wednesday night.
The US international had not helped the team get on the scoreboard in four games before tearing through the Wizards.
"I'll take anything right now," Mapp told MLSNet. "I think it helped the team and we got the win."
"It feels good that I was able to produce tonight," he stated. "Hopefully, I can keep it up."
