Lille Target Rossoneri Hide
(Soccer365.com) - French strugglers Lille are busy working on a plot that sees them defeat Champions League giants AC Milan.
"We beat Manchester United last year," stated defender Mathieu Chalme. "Nothing is impossible and it is good to play in the Champions League right after bad domestic results."
"We have two consecutive (Champions League) home matches and we must take four points from these games if we are to advance."

I know little about either team joey. I just get all fuzzy inside thinking about all those players as they run around in their shorts working up a sweat oh wow! *wink*

i have a pet peeve about people who post dumb stuff on this site. bill tildon, you just posted a dumb post. it had nothing to do with soccer. not that i'm offended by what you said, its by the fact that you totally wasted the time of fans that actually know and want to read about soccer. no more dumb posts. don't do it. for everyone's sake. lol
anyway, lille has there hands full as milan always seems to do well in the champions league. good luck to lille, maybe they can pull off another upset for the second straight year and shock the futbol world. all they need is a single goal, as they proved last year against united.

I agree MENG. I would hope the people at soccer.com will erase all Bill's baiting, unfunny, irrelevant posts.

Great, so you pick man utd in the mid to late 90 s purely beuscae they were successful (yes, you did) and then only decide to become a sounders fan when 30k have already jumped on the wagon.Well played, yeah you were wrong then, now you're just another clueless sounders fan. A couple of seasons in and the vast majority of that 30k+ still don't know the rules of the game or that the team existed way before they decided to invest' in a season ticket. Fan culture in seatle amounts to wearing your free scarf and chanting when told to.
