Moratti Disgusted With Defeat

(Soccer365.com) - Inter Milan chief Massimo Moratti has lashed out at the team for a 1-0 Champions League loss suffered at Sporting Lisbon on Tuesday night.

The Nerazzurri could not get the lid off of the Lion’s net and succumbed to a sparkling Marco Caneira strike in their group opener.

"There are no excuses for this defeat," blasted Moratti. "We played badly with a lot of people out of shape."

"We knew this was a difficult round and weren't wrong to be concerned."

Oh please ! Inter will always be Inter,no matter how much they spend,it's always the same old story.Mancini should take up golfing, how can you have such a great team and not win anything.

He's mad because with Juventus relegated to Serie B and AC Milan,Fiorentina and Reggio starting with penalty points to make up the field was wide open for Inter Milan. Now they have no excuses for their failure.

ok juventina, that has nothing to do with champios league, and in serie A they started great with a win against fiorentina which is a very strong team so they can't be mad about that.. fine you're a juventus fan so you can't understand. why don't you root for a real team!!
oh yeah, and tony p is right, mancini sucks with the players he has he should'nt lose any games at all.. especially against sporting lisbon!! but they've been like that for 15 years now so whatever
