Rijkaard Won’t Take Bremen Lightly
(Soccer365.com) - Barcelona manager Frank Rijkaard has assured observers that he is instructing his charges to be prepared for a tough Champions League fight at Werder Bremen.
The Germans dropped a pair of two-goal decisions to Los Blaugrana in last year’s edition.
"Bremen are an excellent side and made life hard for us here last term," he told reporters.
"I'm sure they've learned from the experience of playing against us, but my players are by no means satisfied with what we've achieved so far and we'll continue to work hard to meet our own expectations."
