1860 Munich Giving Wolff A Look
(Soccer365.com) - Kansas City Wizards star Josh Wolff is on trial with German second division side 1860 Munich, who are eager to buy a new quick striker.
"(He) wants to move to Europe," Lions manager Stefan Reuter told the club website. "We are now giving him that chance with us, and we’ll see what happens."
Wolff narrowly missed out on a summer transfer to Derby County when he failed to acquire a U.K. work permit.
Should the U.S. international ink a deal with 1860, he would team up with World Cup 2002 and 2006 teammate Gregg Berhalter, who serves as the team’s captain.
