Clark Disappointed To MLS Cup
(Soccer365.com) - Houston midfield ace Ricardo Clark is downhearted by the fact that he will be serving a ban while the Dynamo battle New England for the MLS crown, but says his teammates can handle the job without him.
The pivot man picked up his second yellow card in their semifinal victory against Colorado and will be forced to sit MLS Cup.
"It really didn't hit home until the end of the game," Clark told the Houston Chronicle. "That's when I realized that I wasn't playing the next game."
"It's very disappointing to have to miss the game, especially since it's my first MLS Cup," he admitted.
"Without me on the field, I'm a hundred percent confident my teammates will step up."
