Onstad Takes Home Title Souvenir
(Soccer365.com) - Houston Dynamo netminder admitted that thre was no way he was giving up the final shootout ball from Sunday’s MLS Cup victory over New England.
The keeper stopped Jay Heaps to start the celebrations, and left with the evidence.
"Some (MLS) official tried to come and take the ball from me, but I just wrapped it up," Onstad told the Houston Chronicle.
"I'm taking it (the ball) home with me and putting it in my trophy case."
