PSV Chase Shanghai Keeper
(Goal.com) - According to reports in China, Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven are chasing Chinese teenage goalkeeping sensation Wang Dalei and have offered 800,000 euros to secure his services.
The 17 year-old is highly regarded at his club Shanghai United and spent time on trial Inter Milan earlier in the season.
If United accept the offer, Wang could be a PSV player by the end of the year.
"If negotiations are smooth, the entire transfer process may be completed by Dec. 31," Liu Jun, Shanghai’s deputy general manager, told the China Youth Daily.
PSV have reportedly also offered a ten per cent sell-on clause and will make provisions for Wang to spend some more time playing in China.
Wang has been named in China’s squad for the forthcoming Asian Games.
In other new, Shanghai Shenhua’s twin midfielders Sun Xiang and Sun Ji are expected to arrive at PSV soon for a two-week trial.
