Adu Not Rushing To Glamour Move

(Soccer365.com) - With a Manchester United trial behind him, D.C. United phenom Freddy Adu essentially conceded that he will need to set his initial sights lower to achieve full development.

"I want to be in a situation where I'm playing and I want to learn faster," Adu told the Sun. "I don't respond too well to being brought along slowly."

United boss Peter Nowak recently gave his two cents that the young attacker should try to latch on with a top Dutch side, such as Ajax or PSV Eindhoven.

hi
i am sabah al sabah from kuwait

I think this kid should play in a country where there are not so many racist. All over Europe there is a big nationalist movement going on & player's of color seem to be treated rather poor & it's not going to get better in Europe, only worse.

I agree with Peter Nowak on this one. Ajax and PSV Eindhoven both are good with young players and he will see time with them.

Sup, My name is T.J. and i think you try to play for Barcelona. Oh yeah, Do you play international soccer for U.S. Send me a sign. I want to know.

freddy adu will play in venezuela, it is already written. then he will move to play in england. do not expect much more of mr. adu. T.J., the signs are every where...

Please...I'm going to assume that was sarcasm. The only way you are going to see Adu playing in Venezuela anytime soon is if he happens to get called up for the US squad that goes to Copa America.

Adu is garbage...he should play in the mexican league. he ain't worth jack!

I don't think adu is garbage. I think he should play in the spanish league. I think Real Madrid is a good team for him.

ADU = GARBAGE...he jus another american player trying to make it big overseas ..but hes trash
