Carvalho Ignores Barça Glance
(Soccer365.com) - CSKA Moscow playmaker extraordinaire Daniel Carvalho wasn’t exactly excited when told the news that Barcelona were busy standing in his shop window.
The Brazil international first drew widespread attention when led the Russian side to the 2005 UEFA Cup championship.
"I'm pleased that Barcelona is interested in me, but at the moment, I have a contract with CSKA," he stated plainly. "I plan to play for CSKA till the end of my contract."
"My contract expires next December," Carvalho noted. "Maybe it can be extended, but this depends on me and CSKA's president Yevgeny Giner."
