Convey Close To Running Again

(Soccer365.com) - Reading attacker Bobby Convey is progressing after knee surgery and could be ready to train on his own next week.

The American Abroad has not played since a Premiership match since October 28th.

"Bobby's doing strength work, and once he's strong enough to start running then he will do that," Royals physio Jon Hearn told the club website. "That'll be this week or next, hopefully."

"If he breaks down we'll see where we are, but he's making progress."
