Doni Confident For Battle Of Rome
(Soccer365.com) - AS Roma netminder Doni believes the club will handle business against arch enemies Lazio this weekend.
"We shall win the derby," he declared. "I remember the derby of the first leg from last year, when I debuted."
"We managed only to draw, but for me it was a good game."
The young Brazilian admitted he was a little nervous squaring off against Lazio veteran Angelo Peruzzi.
"It was an emotion to debut in such a difficult match," admitted Doni. "Peruzzi is one of the best goalkeepers in the league, I used to follow him when I was in Brazil."
