Kaká Hopes To Avoid Barça
(Goal.com) - The Brazilian would prefer not to meet Barça yet on the road that leads to the Champions League final.
Despite the ugly defeat against Lille, Milan finished their Champions League group in first place and now awaits what opponent they will have in the next round. Milan midfielder Kaká has one certainty: better to avoid Barcelona. "I don't think it's right to say who we want to meet - the Brazilian said in an interview with UEFA's official website - certainly no one would like meeting Barça in the round of 16. They are not unbeatable, and we might have the squad to prove it if we do get them as opponents, but theirs is a very strong team and in the last few games they seem to have re-found their compactness."
This year Milan are a two-faced side: strong in the Champions League, less so in Serie A. "It's due to the toughness of the Italian league - the rossonero ace continued - in Serie A there are many teams used to playing against the big teams and are tactically able to play against them. In the Champions League it's different. Seeing the way things are going it's obvious we have the ambition to go all the way in the Champions League, but we mustn't forget that to play in the competition next season we have to do well in the league, regardless of how we do this year in Europe. My goals? I've scored five. Certainly it's satisfying to be among the best finishers, even though this is not my objective, I'd prefer not to score and win the trophy."

It doesn't matter if Kaka does meet Barca cuz if he does him and his team will be ready. After all, a good player makes those around him better. Barca better watch out.

That's another factor Barca brings to the table:intimidation. But this mess of injuries is not helping them. If Eto'o and Messi can get healthy, Barca could repeat. Vamos por la Copa Barca!!!
