Perrotta: Derby As Exciting As World Cup Final
(Goal.com) - "It's a match that always gives strong emotions."
Talking about the upcoming Derby of Rome, programmed for Sunday evening at the Olimpico Stadium, giallorosso midfielder declared: "The emotion of the derby is something I compare to a World Cup final - then he added - It's a game that's always very exciting. A goal in the derby? Let's say I would not give up my salary for it, but it would be a huge emotion."
The midfielder is still in doubt for the big match, but should be able to recover in time: "I'm feeling much better and I think I'll make it." The captain is in a similar situation: "I don't think we will play the derby without Totti. We know how much he cares and it seems, and I mean seems, as if he's better."
A forecast was inevitable: "The derby is always a tricky game, not always does the best team win. The mental aspect is fundamental. Who approaches the game more serene and concentrated will end up playing better. We are serene and hope to play a good game."
