Preki Has Our Respect - Kljestan
(Soccer365.com) - Chivas USA midfielder Sacha Kljestan claims new coach Preki will not need to earn the team’s attentions this season.
The former Kansas City Wizards star was officially promoted from assistant to head man this week.
"Just from his playing days alone, we respect the things that he's done," the rookie ace told Press Enterprise. "He obviously knows what he's talking about because he's been there."
"I'm excited because we're going to be a team that's going to play attacking football," said the recent U.S. National Team call-up. "It's going to be fun to watch."

It's too bad the MLS doesn't have more players like Preki playing today. He's a guy who has personality, some skills and international experience, not to mention, a cool name. It's good to see him taking a new leadership role in the MLS.
