Denneboom Miffed Over PSV Bid
(Soccer365.com) - NEC Nijmegen strike ace Romano Denneboom is upset with management after a €500,000 move to Eredivisie leaders PSV Eindhoven was squashed at the transfer deadline.
"I am appaled and sad,” he told De Telegraaf. “PSV offered me a good contract for one-and-a-half years, but NEC didn’t want to let me go.”
“I think PSV made an outstanding offer,” stated Denneboom, who runs out of contract this summer. “I would understand if NEC didn’t want to let me go if we were in direct competition (for the title), but not now.”

Be miffed,this is business, I would have done the same thing. It would have been nice for him, but how would they have benefitted from it. So end of discussion.
