Riquelme Delighted To Be Home

(Soccer365.com) - Boca Juniors prodigal son Juan Román Riquelme has revealed that he had tempting calls from the likes of PSV Eindhoven, but says he was only looking for a Villarreal exit door that led to the Bombonera.

After a sensational 2005/06 campaign for Villarreal, the Argentina international experienced management strife this season.

"I am very happy because I am with my family and friends," said Riquelme. "I am coming back to Boca, which is my home."

"There indeed were other clubs, the return to Argentina was the only option for me."
