Riquelme Enjoys Bocas Return

(Soccer365.com) - Despite being held to a 1-1 return draw against Rosario Central, Boca Juniors playmaker Juan Román Riquelme says it was a weird, wonderful felling being back with the club.

The prodigal son has come back from Villarreal on a loan spell.

"I have the fortune that people demonstrate a lot of affection towards me, and that is very special," Riquelme told the club website. "It was strange to play in the Bombonera again, as this pitch is new."

"For me, it was very important to return to play 90 minutes after two months (out of action)."
