Smith Enjoying Carlisle Stint
(Soccer365.com) - Carlisle United loan striker Johann Smith is fitting in well after making the six-month jump from Bolton just before the transfer window slammed shut on January 31st.
"It's a lovely place and everyone's very friendly," the American Abroad told the club website. "I'm just happy to be here."
The U.S. Under-20 ace made his debut with a 28-minute appearance in last week’s victory.
"I thought it went pretty good," said Smith. "Considering it was my first game, I thought I played reasonably well."
"I just hope I can continue to help the team out as much as possible."
