Casey Getting Antsy With MLS

(Soccer365.com) - Toronto FC striker-to-be Conor Casey conceded that he was growing a bit weary of waiting for the league to wrap up his move from Mainz 05.

The U.S. international has worked out with the squad, but cannot appear in games as of yet.

"I am a little bit frustrated," Casey told the Toronto Sun. "I have signed a contract with the league - I'm just waiting for them to make it official up here."

"I'm enjoying the training and getting to know my new teammates," he added. "I'm excited about the prospect of playing for a brand new club, we have a good bunch of guys."

"I know it's going to be hard work," concluded Casey. "But it's going to be fun with a team that's starting from scratch."
