Angel Eager To Make MLS Debut
(Soccer365.com) - Fresh from arriving in New York, Red Bulls strike catch Juan Pablo Angel says he can’t wait to get his visa paperwork cleared up so he can train and play with his new teammates.
"I'm desperate to start playing," the former Aston Villa man told MLSNet. "There is a togetherness among the lads, I'm just excited to be part of it."
The Colombia international is optimistic over joining the squad Bruce Arena has put together.
"I'm just very impressed with everything in the time I've been here," said Angel. "I know that first of all we're a very good team - we're well balanced with good young players."

I'm eager to see Angel play in the MLS. Bruce Arena is building an entertaining team with the RedBull that has solid international talent to go with a budding star, Jozy Altidore. I think the way the Red Bulls are spending money is much smarter than the Galaxy. They're spreading it out instead giving it to one star. Hopefully they'll be rewarded with fans in the stands.
