Cannon Applauds Galaxy Defense

(Soccer365.com) - Fresh from a scoreless draw with MLS champs Houston, Los Angeles netminder Joe Cannon took time to salute the efforts of the men in front of him.

"I thought the whole team had a good effort and played great defensively," the new Galaxy #1 told MLSNet. "Houston's a tough team to play, especially in Houston."

"I don't think we gave them much to look at tonight," judged Cannon. "My performance was pretty easy. I just had to clean up some things."
