Rijkaard Warning For Barca

(Soccer365.com) - Barcelona coach Frank Rijkaard has warned his players not to expect any easy matches from now until the end of the season as the Catalan giants chase a third successive Primera Liga title.

Rijkaard was speaking after watching his side edge past relegation-threatened Levante 1-0 at the Nou Camp on Sunday, with Samuel Eto'o netting the only goal in the 28th minute.

Barca found it difficult to finish off stubborn Levante, who are fighting for their Primera Liga lives, and Rijkaard believes that could be a sign of things to come in the last weeks of the campaign

"In the final stages of a competition, all teams have to meet their objectives and therefore, there are no easy games," said the Dutchman, whose side now have six matches remaining.

"To win at these times is great and I'm happy. (Levante's) defence was solid and they were very physical."

Although he was pleased with the three points, Rijkaard, whose side are away to second-bottom Real Sociedad next weekend, admits he would have liked a more convincing winning margin in front of Barca's fans.

"When we play at home, we want more, we're used to a high level. We have to keep working in order to give a good impression in every game," he said.
