Romário Hushes Necaxa Rumours
(Soccer365.com) - Vasco da Gama strike legend Romário says that struggling Mexican giants Necaxa are barking up the wrong tree with their hot interest.
The former Brazil superstar insisted on Wednesday that he has no intention of leaving his beloved Vasco for any of a number of shock suitors.
"I know about the interest that Necaxa has in me, but I have a contract at Vasco da Gama until December," Romário told Radio Tupi. "I gave my word to president Eurico Miranda that I am going to stay with this team until I score my 1,000th goal."
"To tell the truth, I am surprised about all the proposals that I have received - It's not common to receive proposals at the age of 41."

How old is Romario now ? 100? He looks like he died 50 years ago! Why this guy is still playing as a professional is beyond me but I find it funny any team would have an interest in somebody so old.

Not common;come on he's 41 and 9 years past his prime, need hi for what. He's pathetic and needs to retire and keep what's left of his dignity.
