Bradley Focused On Busy Summer
(Soccer365.com) - U.S. coach Bob Bradley was finally appointed to the full time position on Wednesday, but it certainly did not signal the start of his forward thinking.
The erstwhile Chivas USA boss officially succeeded old friend Bruce Arena at a Times Square ceremony just as prep for the CONCACAF Gold Cup hits the final stages.
“We hope to finalize the Gold Cup roster in the early part of next week,” Bradley told reporters. “We also need, in that time period, to have a roster that will work for the (June 2nd) China game.”
“I think the players come in to The Home Depot Center on May 27th,” he noted.
“We understand that once we start that camp, it’s going to be a fast, exciting schedule that takes us through Copa America.”
