Sheva Can Return To Milan

(Soccer365.com) - AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani says a space will always be kept open for Chelsea's Andriy Shevchenko to make a return.

The Ukraine striker has failed to set the Premiership on fire since he arrived in England last summer and has struggled to score goals on all fronts for Jose Mourinho's side.

Inevitably this has resulted in much speculation surrounding his future, which has quite often seen him linked back to the San Siro where he made his name as one of the world's most valuable strikers.

"Sheva remains in our hearts, he and his wife have been invited to Athens to follow the Champions League final," Galliani told a news conference on Wednesday.

"As for the future, let's see, he is a Chelsea player. Anyway, he knows, we will keep a place open for a few months seeing as after his marriage Kaka has freed up a non-European Union place."

Milan face Liverpool in the Champions League final in Athens on May 23 after the Anfield club beat Shevchenko's Chelsea in the semi-finals.

Shevchenko remains close to Milan's hierarchy and media reports have said his wife was behind their move to London.

Talk about a fall from grace! Sheva would be better off going back where he came from. He failed in England period! He just couldn't adjust & things became worse & worse for him. He only has a few playing years left anyway. I'm sure though Chelsea would want to make their money back if the deal went through but I think Sheva's overall dollars value as a player has gone done quite a bit in the last year.

Sheva is a mere boy lost & adrift in a Mans' league. The EPL is too much for him. Your correct as he is a failure. Send this boy back to Italy.

He should! He's an amazing player and to good for Chelsea!Milan has a much richer history and when they beat liverpool on the 23 that history will continue!Forza Milan! p.s. SUNN 0))) IS right, the epl is man u's

According to me,Sheva can't play good in Chelsea because his game just in League Calcio with AC Milan. So,i Hope hewant to play good in chelsea. If he can't,Mourinho may be sell him to AC Milan

The reason sheva is not doing well at Chelsea is simply for the reason that he is not being pushed. In Italy Sheva had to earn his playing time, in England he is so far up Abromovich's arse that it's causing a relaxed atmosphere for him and friction between Mourinho and Abramovich. If he goes back to Italy he won't have taht foreskin blanket protecting him like he did in England.

Now I'm like, well duh! Truly tahnukfl for your help.
